Madico(R) Acquires Distribution Rights from Courage Distributing USA

Cleveland, OH - March 9, 2012 - Courage Distributing, LLC based in Cleveland, Ohio today announced that it has
sold select assets to Madico, Inc. one of the world's leading manufacturers of automotive, solar, safety and security
window films. Madico will now directly service dealers of its Sun-Gard® branded window film products in five
Midwest states including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio and Michigan. These states will be serviced by the
company's Northeast Service Center in Windsor, Connecticut.

The Canadian based Courage Distributing will continue to operate as the exclusive distributor of Sun-Gard products
in that country. This transaction does not impact that operation in any way. Midwest Marketing based in Peoria,
Illinois will continue to be the exclusive distributor of Madico branded products for the five states listed above plus
Minnesota. Courage Distributing, LLC in Ohio will continue to expand the online window film business windowfilmandmore.com.
